PUBLICATION PARTY KICKS OFF RELEASE OF THE TUAREG

Friends and relatives came together to celebrate the publication of THE TUAREG at the end of June.  "Eddie" Adil Maettaoui of The Peninsula  Hotel-Chicago, a native of Rabat, Morocco, prepared the Moroccan feast which featured chicken tagine, couscous and vegetables.

 

 

 

Literary agent Nancy Rosenfeld talked about the book business and the process of getting published.

 

BOOK SIGNING ON JUNE 26

A booksigning took place in downtown Glen Ellyn, Illinois on Friday, June 26, at The Bookstore.  The author wore the djellaba he bought in North Africa in the 1960's along with a piece of Tuareg jewelry. Joining the author outside the store is owner Jane Stroh.
